Service Agreement

Bravo Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the specifications requested by the client at the time of booking.

Appointments & Access

Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. If entry is not possible, additional charges may apply for missed visits.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, or cash.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Liability

Bravo Cleaning Services is insured, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items not reported prior to the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
